Our projects support people to achieve their employment goals, including people who want to go back to work and those already in work but whose employment is at risk.
Our services are:
Access Print and Sew & Support – provide on the job training and work experience opportunities for people wishing to take a first step back to work.
IPS Employment Service – supporting people to find work including direct opportunities with employers
Upskill – a joint project with Mind In Tower Hamlets, helping people to access well-being opportunities in Tower Hamlets
Retention Support – supporting people to stay in work including training employers to support people with mental health issues in work
Career Progression – supporting people to secure better paid work
Business and Enterprise – advising people who want to set up their own business
